Warranty Terms & Conditions. 

We provide 6 Months Service Warranty for our Products Range.

  • Warranty is valid only on purchases made from company Authorized sellers (Authorized by Brand) on Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, , Agribegri, Bighaat, Industrybuying etc.
  • To avail warranty benefits, it has to be registered on https://crop10.com/productwarranty/ by providing the requisite information.
  • The information provided by the customer on the warranty registration URL must be accurate in order to claim the warranty.
  • The duration of the warranty is product and model specific. The duration mentioned on respective product pages of company authorized sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, , Agribegri, Bighaat, Industrybuying etc. at the time of purchase will be applicable.
  • To obtain a warranty claim, the customer will have to be accompanied by the invoice.

1) WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD:

A) The customer has to provide the Order number/ Invoice of the product so that we can check the date of purchase from respective portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix or Crop10.

B) Once we check and confirm that the product is within the warranty period, we ask for photos and working video of the machine so we can identify the exact issue.

C) If the problem is small and can be solved by changing the spare part(s) we courier the spare(s) to the customer if we identify that is a Manufacturing fault. If not a Manufacturing fault, then the charges of the parts have to be borne by the customer.

D) If the problem is deemed big or which can’t be solved at customer end then the customer needs to send the machine with accessories to our service center in Indore on Freight Paid Basis (Not To Pay). Indore service center address will be provided to the customer.

E) Within Warranty period the following is included free of cost: # Labor / Service charges # Oil change and clean up.

F) When we receive the machine, we send a confirmation receipt to the customer. We unpack the machine and share photos of exterior. If any damages noticed we share the same with the customer. The damages in transit are not our responsibility and customer need to bear the charges if they want to change those parts. They can bear or claim with the courier company about the charges.

G) We then open the critical parts and check and share photos. If it is manufacturing fault then we change the parts/ repair and assemble and test on water and share a video.

H) If not a manufacturing fault, then we share the cost estimate of repair and the Job sheet is shared with the customer.

I) Once machine is repaired, we send the machine from our service center and share the tracking details and website to track the parcel.

J) In reverse courier if any damages, we are not responsible for the same.

C) If the problem is small and can be solved by changing the spare part(s) we courier the spare(s) to the customer and the charges of the parts have to be borne by the customer.

D) If the problem is deemed big or which can’t be solved at customer end then the customer needs to send the machine with accessories to our service center in Indore on Freight Paid Basis (Not To Pay). Indore service center address will be provided to the customer.

3)WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

Any type accessories like Gun, pipe, lance, soap dispenser, nozzles, charger, blades, switches or plastic parts don’t have any warranty at all.

4)WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS: 

A) Use product serial number given on warranty card within 15 days of purchase to activate the warranty by visiting https://crop10.com/productwarranty/ (if you not registered your warranty between 15 days of purchase so warranty will be over).

B) Keep serial number secret, do not share it with anyone.

C) Keep original invoice, warranty card and product box received with this product intact and send it to our service center along with the product when you claim warranty.

D) Physical damage & wear-tear not covered under warranty.
